Ideas for inexpensive wedding attendant gifts.?
I was planning on getting my bridesmaids and candlelighters a necklace from Claires that they can wear with their dress. I need ideas for the groomsmen, flowergirls, and my parents. Any ideas for inexpensive gifts. Not that they don’t deserve more, I just can’t affort it after all the other wedding expenses. I also have a question about the ceremony. We are giving roses during the ceremony to our mothers. I have a step mother as well. I don’t want to not give her one and hurt her feelings but if I do give her one I’m afraid it may hurt my mother since she is the one that’s always been there. What is you opinion. Thank you so much!
We gave our groomsmen Chicago Bears t-shirts and Bears coaster sets. The flowergirl got a little purse with her initial on it. My mom and mother in law, I gave them little presents instead of flowers. I gave them both framed pressed flowers.
If you are giving roses, colors of roses have meaning. Give your mom one that is red (love) and your step mother yellow (friendship). Other meanings: pink – gratitude and appreciation; light pink – admiration; peach – gratitude; white – reverence, humility, purity.
